We serve many administrative districts in Nantong, covering 74 neighborhoods, 12 institutions and 10 schools. The project adopts a market-based operation model for the whole process of waste classification, collection, transportation and disposal, and establishes a "five-pronged" working mechanism of four-party consultation, promotion and activation, classification and collection, guidance and incentives, and effectiveness assessment. Based on the implementation of a real-name system for waste separation, the credits reward system is shifted to a smart model of paperless management and online redemption. As a result, it has better improved the management level of the pilot areas on domestic waste disposal in the aspects of reduction, harmlessness and resourcefulness.
